Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days from receipt of your order but please be aware that items can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to assure you that it has been placed. If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.

Click and Collect - From Tessera, 58 King Street, Castle Douglas. Available to collect the following day from 11am (except Sunday). Free

Standard delivery to UK Mainland £4.50
 
Greeting Cards - We can post out Greeting Cards under first class delivery at just the £1.25p cost of the stamp.

Please note some larger, more fragile items are not available for delivery via Courier, they are only available to collect from our Castle Douglas shop.

Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return cost to us, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. All goods have to be returned to: Tessera, 58 King Street, Castle Douglas, DG7 1AD. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the goods arriving with us. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
